Gentle Morning Dance Flow

Flow into your week with a gentle, no impact dance class. Focus will be on connecting breath to movement, balancing strength with flexibility, and working at your own pace. Exercises will include floor work, barre work, and progressions that draw from modern dance, ballet, and Dunham Technique. Some guided improvisation will be included as well.
